All exchanges must be in original packing, unopened and in a re-saleable condition.
For hygienic and safety reasons we cannot exchange the following:
Undergarments, Cosmetics, Hair Accessories, and Footwear.
Kindly note that seasonal merchandise such as Christmas, Valentines, Halloween and Easter items cannot be exchanged once the season is over.
